Electrogrip 3 Meter 250-micron Copper Bonded Earthing Rod

Material details of Copper Earthing Rod:
Copper bonded rod is generally made with high tensile steel with a 250 micron of copper coating. This is a solid rod with a sharp point and threaded structure at the top portion. You need an additional clamp to connect with it. It is available in two lengths of 2 meters and 3 meters. The diameter can be of 17.2mm, 19mm or 21mm, though 17.2mm dia is considered as the standard.
Working principle of Copper Bonded Rod:
We use high tensile steel and to increase the conductivity it is coated with 250 microns of pure copper. We have sealed both the ends of the rod properly.
At the time of fault on an electrical circuit, the leakage current flows through the ground wire. When it reaches the copper strip, it gets distributed to the rod and the flow ends to the ground. In this way, Copper bonded rod or copper earthing rod saves your valuable electrical devices and also your life from any electrical hazards.
Installation:
The installation of all earthing products is more or less the same. One needs to dig a hole of approximately 8 to 10 inch wide and 1.8 or 2.8 meters deep. one can do the installation by following the steps.
