Earth Pit Cover Material details:
The main earth pit cover material that is used here is polypropylene, which is also known as polypropene. It is basically a thermoplastic polymer produced through chain-growth polymerization. It has a high melting point ranging from 160 degrees to 171 degrees Celsius (320 to 340 degree Fahrenheit), which makes it suitable to use as an earthing product. Polypropylene is non-reactive to non-oxidizing and as well as bases. So, there is a very rare chance of participating in any reaction in the field of use. This is a ductile material along with high load-bearing capacity.
Working principle:
The earth pit cover material is polypropylene, which is a non-conductive material and durable enough to last for a really long time. The product has a capacity of bearing 8 tons of load in it. The high melting point of polypropylene allows it to stay outside and in extreme natural circumstances without any effect.
Installation:
The main purpose of using an earthing pit cover is to cover the earthing rode or earthing electrode and protect the connection portion from outer damages. The connection portion stays above the ground and we cover it with the chemical earth pit cover. There are factory built holes so that the grounding wire can pass through those holes. At the top, a green cover totally matches with the environment.
